We are working with community radio station PulseFM to run #FemaleFitnessFortnight next September. How to find time to fit it all in and - well just about everything around women's sport, fitness and wellness.
There'll be phone-ins, with roving reporters going out to try local classes from all over. Plus we'll have national and international athletes and players as surprise guests throughout the two weeks with tips on how to help women & girls get more active and keep fit. We'll be talking about how to get more active in your community AND how empowering sport and fitness can be.
