The Cheshire Girls supports HERMoJo - a gentle 'nudge' every month to help get more women more ACTIVE!
A group of previously inactive women who have changed their lives for the better with support from Active Cheshire! The innovative project was targeted at women in a deprived local area and they were recruited through the local hairdresser. 6 months on, 18 women are still attending and 2 who have left continue to exercise. Over the summer the group are taking part in a parent and child bootcamp as well as their weekly session. The changes they have made to their lives with both exercise and healthy eating have been huge.

How can you #ACTIV8afriend?
Most women only need a 'nudge' to get more active - so WSNet runs a monthly #ACTIV8aFRIEND programme on social media. Why don’t you join us on the 'eighth' of each month and invite a friend, rellie or neighbour to join you at your class . . . or for a run.
