Martial Way supports #HerMoJo - a gentle 'nudge' to help get more women & girls, more ACTIVE!
Martial Way Training - The club runs a women only session with non contact martial arts coaching for all levels to improve fitness and well being. The session runs from Tottenham Community Sports Centre on Monday and Saturday lunch times (12:30 and 13:00 respectively). The club also supports #Activ8.
