This is a gentle full body THIRD TRIMESTER pregnancy workout
using an exercise ball which provides great comfort and support. You will also need some dumbbells or water-bottles(as weights) self preference and depending where you are at with your fitness levels. This is a step-by-step video that you can do with me. It can be 12minutes long or 24minutes long depending whether you wish to do one or two rounds. I would recommend 2 rounds but it is completely up to you and how you feel.
Your third trimester is very demanding so you have to listen to your body. However keeping as active as you can will massively benefit you.

Do be careful training #postpregnancy because our body still continues to have the relaxin hormone in, which makes our bodies very flexible and our joints quite loose. This is why I would advise no heavy lifting within the first few months especially if you are new to exercise! You know your body so please go with the options that are given if you need to! Remember we have all started from the beginning
In the last two exercises feel free to place your foot down if you need too - then aim to keep your foot off the ground through the exercise. Balance work is so amazing for your tummy!
